Would A Tattoo Meant For The Lower Back Be Okay For The Right Ankle?

I found a really nice tattoo (butterflies and little designs) but I read the link and it was meant for the lower back...would it look really strange to have a lower back tattoo on my right ankle? Thanks for your help, I'm having a really hard time trying to find the perfect tattoo.
