You can't do all that much with where you're at without going to a design school.
Parson's New School of Design will get you out there.
It's the only way you can be taken seriously in that industry.
But for now, you could always start a website, that may be about $10 a month.
You could take photos of your designs and post them on the website.
If you have any kind of small local boutique in your area you could always learn to sew; stitch it right up, and see If they'd like to sell it.
My husband has several guitars – but one that he has played for over 25 years and is very special to him. He needed it repainted and took it to an auto body paint shop. Strongest seal/paint and consistent with what used at factory. They can also paint a design on the guitar or have the appropriate decals that would/could be used.

If I remember correctly, this is indeed the behavior of most *nix based FTP servers. Since there are so many variants of the OS and the FTP server, there is no generic instruction.
You are advised to check which FTP server is installed on your system, where it's configuration file is stored and what settings to put into the config file.

An Organizational Unit (OU) is a special purpose container, that differs from a regular container in that administrators can apply group policy to an OU, which the system then pushes down to all the computers that reside in the OU. You cannot apply group policy to a container.
In general, you design an OU hierarchy which is based on how you want to have Group Policy flow out to the domain-joined machines in your AD. I could tell you more about it, but this stuff is complicated and needs a lot more knowledge understanding to work with.
I would seriously encourage you to consider getting a good book on Active Directory if you are serious about running it. Active Directory plays an important role in IT and thus should only be configured by someone with sufficient knowledge in it.
